Chocolate Muffin Recipe
1 3/4 Cup Plain Flour
1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup of Cocoa Powder
3 Tsp of Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Milk
1/2 Cup of Oil
Preparation:
Preheat Oven to 225°C | 437°F

Grease Muffin Cups or line with paper Muffin liners ; Set aside
Cooking:
Dry Ingredients : In a Bowl swift the Plain flour, Powdered Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder and combine them well ; Set aside
Whisk Eggs, Milk, Oil, in another bowl until smooth. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is just blended.
Fill 3/4 of Paper Lined Muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven for about 12 Minutes.
Cool in the pan for 10 Minutes and then transfer on to a wire rack to cool completely.
Chocolate Muffins ready to serve
